Couples looking for a relaxing getaway
The staff were super friendly, I remember one night when we got a surprise complimentary dessert at the pool bar, that was a nice touch! Made the evening feel special, just like we were the only ones there, even with others around it felt intimate.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get value for it, nothing to complain too much.

Tea and coffee supplies in the room weren’t replenished during my four-night stay, which was a bit disappointing. The rainfall shower had a shallow tray, so it’s best used at a reduced flow to avoid flooding the bathroom. Sun loungers lack proper head and neck support, making relaxation a bit less comfortable—though I managed it with a rolled-up towel. The gym equipment could use some serious upgrades. the free weights max out at 30kg and the treadmill was out of order. On one occasion, I got locked out of my room because the key card failed, and it took a frustrating 20 minutes for maintenance to resolve it—definitely not how you want to end your stay. Plus, the room layouts can be misleading, especially for families seeking privacy. I ended up sharing close quarters with my adult daughter, which wasn’t what I had in mind.

Stayed in the Superior Double or Twin Room with Garden View and loved how spacious and clean it was! The bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. The shower had awesome pressure. A handheld option was great. The view was a nice bonus too! Only thing was the slow coffee replenishment in the room, but overall, really happy with it.
